1. Users under 18 are minors and must read this Agreement and use services under a guardian's supervision and guidance.
2. Minors have limited life experience, may be misled by virtual online appearances, and are curious but lack adaptability in handling situations and the ability to protect themselves. They can easily be exploited by people with ulterior motives. They should observe the following to improve safety awareness and self-protection:
(1) Recognize differences between online and real worlds and avoid internet addiction that affects everyday study and life.
(2) Be aware of personal protection when providing details, to prevent malicious people from disrupting your personal life.
(3) Learn proper internet use under a guardian's or teacher's guidance.
(4) Avoid casually meeting unfamiliar online acquaintances or joining social gatherings with them, so criminals cannot exploit opportunities to endanger you.
3. Guardians and schools should provide more guidance on minors' use of services. Parents in particular should care about children's development, communicate with them and explain online safety concerns to prevent problems before they arise.
4. These terms for minors apply by analogy to adults aged 18 or over who lack full capacity for civil conduct for any reason.
(13) Other Provisions
1. If any term is wholly or partly invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining terms remain valid and binding.
2. Headings are for convenience only and must be disregarded when interpreting this Agreement. They cannot serve as a basis for interpreting its terms.
